Hafenskipper Version 1.3 has been released today. Train to dock and do all maneuvers with the new sailing catamaran. You can use the catamaran in all training levels and the two free running modes. Happy holidays from the Hafenskipper crew!

The excitement rises, the next version will be available soon. There are two new features: Train your skills with the additional twin-engined motor yacht. Plus anchor and moor at the mooring buoys in the additional free-running bay level.

Hafenskipper is available since yesterday August, 21st. Thanks to our first customers for their trust in us and for purchasing Hafenskipper. Have great fun with the app.

New app „The Hafenskipper“ lets you train harbor maneuvers on your iPhone or iPad

Maneuvering your ship in close quarters can be a challenge and needs to be practiced. Hafenskipper simulates ship maneuvers under power and can help you to train harbour maneuvers and get a good understanding of the ship dynamics.

As an experienced driver you can train specific maneuvers while the beginner can practice for the driving exam. Anyone interested in how a boat is maneuvered in the harbor can benefit from Hafenskipper.

Four virtual ships are available ranging from a dinghy to a sailing yacht. Choose your ship to go through the exercises: driving through the harbor, stopping, docking at the pier, turning and more. Or you choose to relax and look at Captain Bill showing you how to drive selected maneuvers.

If you would like to train any specific maneuver you can do so in the free-running mode. While the exercises are trained under ideal conditions, you can enable wind in the free running mode and from version 1.1 you are able to moor your ship to the pier.
